Budgetra ("we", "our", or "us") is a personal finance application for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Financial Data
All your financial data — expenses, income, budgets, goals, and categories — is stored exclusively on your device using an encrypted local database. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your financial data.

Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics, such as which features are used and how the app performs. This data does not include personal identification or financial information.

Crash Reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to automatically collect crash reports when the app unexpectedly closes. These reports help us fix bugs. Crash reports do not contain your financial data.

Subscription Data
If you purchase Budgetra Pro, your subscription is managed by Apple App Store. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status — no payment or personal billing information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use analytics and crash data solely to:
• Improve app stability and performance
• Understand which features are most useful
• Fix bugs and technical issues

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

The following services have access to anonymized app usage data:
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — usage statistics
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — crash reports
• Apple App Store — subscription management

4. Data Storage and Security

Your financial data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted database (SQLCipher). It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You are responsible for the security of your device.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Delete your data (by deleting the app)
• Withdraw analytics consent (App Settings → Privacy)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

6. Children's Privacy

Budgetra is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
