We usually reply within two business days. Writing from inside the app (Settings → Feedback) is the fastest way, because it attaches your app version and device model automatically.
Open Settings and tap any feature marked with the PRO badge. The Budgetra Pro screen opens — tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Budgetra, and cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, otherwise the next period is charged.
In your own iCloud Drive, never on our servers. You can find them in the Files app → iCloud Drive → Budgetra → Backups. iCloud Drive must be enabled on the device; if it is off, Budgetra will report that backup storage is unavailable.
No, and this is by design. Backups are encrypted with a password only you know — we never receive it and it is not stored anywhere outside your device. Without that password the backup cannot be decrypted by anyone, including us.
Settings → Backups → Export to file creates a full backup file you can keep anywhere. Budgetra Pro additionally exports your data as CSV or PDF.
All your financial data lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. Backups are separate: delete them in the Files app → iCloud Drive → Budgetra → Backups.
Neither. The app works fully offline and there is nothing to sign up for. An internet connection is only used for optional exchange rates and for purchases.
