Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Budgetra mobile application ("App"), developed by Ruslan Miskov ("Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Budgetra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Budgetra is a personal finance management tool for tracking expenses, income, budgets, and savings goals. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Budgetra Pro Subscription

3.1 Plans
Budgetra Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing is displayed in the App and Apple App Store.

3.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period.

3.4 Restore Purchases
Previously purchased subscriptions can be restored using the "Restore" option in the App.

3.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Financial Disclaimer

Budgetra is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. All information is for personal tracking only. We do not provide investment, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions based on data shown in the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, and content, is the property of the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to bypass or compromise the App's security
• Keep your device and App data secure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:
• Loss of financial data due to device failure or user error
• Any financial decisions made based on information in the App
• Indirect or consequential damages from use of the App

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Service Changes

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or through competent courts of Ukraine.
